TOWN HALL RENTAL

If you are interested in renting the Town Hall:

-You can look at the calendar to see what is available or contact the Clerk.

-It will be updated every 24 hours and is first come first serve.

- If you find a date that you would like, please contact the Clerk to book the date. She will then update the calendar and provide you with all the information needed.

- We do have a fee of $50 per day, not depending on length of event.


-The Town Hall now has Internet!

If you would like access when you are renting the Town Hall, please let the clerk know and she will provide you with the information to access it. There will be an increase in the rental fee if you request access, for a total of $60.

The 2024 Notice of Changed Assessment has been received via mail. There has been some changes/increases this year. If you have any questions about your reassessment, Please call CJ Becker, Assessor at 715-255-9228. The Town does not have any more knowledge on the increase. If you have questions you want to ask in Person, Please come to the Open Book on 9/11/2024 from 7:00pm-9:00pm. Board of Review will be on 09/25/2024 from 7:00pm-9:00pm. NOTICE OF ENACTMENT OF ORDINANCES

Please take notice that on May 8th, 2023, the Town of Frankfort enacted Ordinance 20230508-A - WIND ENERGY FACILITY LICENSING ORDINANCE and Ordinance 20230508-B - CITATION ORDINANCE. The Wisconsin State Constitution legally obligates government officials to protect the health, safety, and well-being of their community. The purpose of this Ordinance is to require the operator of a proposed Wind Energy Facility located in the Town of Frankfort to obtain a license from the Town prior to beginning construction activities in order to protect public health and safety, to minimize or prevent potential adverse off-site impacts from on-site and off-site operations, and to promote the general welfare of the people and communities within the Town of Frankfort. The Citation Ordinance provides for penalties, including but not limited to forfeitures of $500 to $5,000 per day, plus current court costs, for any violations of the Wind Energy Facility Licensing Ordinance.
